How can I whitelist or blacklist a mail server from greylisting?

To Whitelist a Mail Server From Greylisting

  1. Navigate to Warden -> Settings -> Greylisting Whitelist
  2. Click on Add and enter the client rDNS (PTR record) of the mail server you want to whitelist (wildcard patterns are supported like *.example.com)
  3. Click the Submit button to save your settings.

To Blacklist a Mail Server From Greylisting

  1. Navigate to Warden -> Settings -> Greylisting Blacklist
  2. Click on Add and enter the client rDNS (PTR record) of the mail server you want to blacklist (wildcard patterns are supported like *.example.com. You can also add multiple patterns like dynamic|static|ppp|dyn-ip|dial-up).
  3. Click the Submit button to save your settings.

Greylisting Blacklist

Mail servers that are blacklisted will be listed under Warden -> Logs -> Reject Log. Blacklisted entries will have the a 451 4.7.1 status with the message Command rejected.
