How do hierarchical content filter policies work in Warden?

Content filter policies can be set at the server level, domain level, and mailbox level. Policies are hierarchical meaning that each policy inherits values from it's parent unless it is overwritten at the child level (Server level -> Domain level ->  Mailbox level) .

Server Wide Policy
To manage the server level policy go to Warden -> Settings -> Content Filter Settings -> Policy Settings.

Customers can also manage their Warden domain policy directly though Plesk under Domains -> Click on their domain -> Mail -> Warden Anti-spam and Virus Protection. Admins can disable customer access under Warden -> Settings -> Panel Application -> Permissions.
