We are pleased to announce the release of Sentinel Anti-malware 2.00 under General Availability. This is a major release release that supports PHP 8.4, MariaDB 11.4, and CloudLinux 9. This release has passed Plesk certification and is now available in the Plesk extension directory.

Remember that ClamAV will stop providing anti-virus signature downloads for these OS on Sept 14, 2025. See here for more information. We will try to continue to provide extension updates for these OS until that date, but we highly recommend that users plan to upgrade their OS before then. Centos 7 OS can perform an in place upgrade to AlmaLinux 8, Ubuntu/Debian OS can perform a dist-upgrade to a new OS version, all other OS can use the Plesk migrator to migrate sites over to a server running a newer OS.
[-] Fixed a bug with one of the javacript multi-select components where all items were not fully selectable on smaller screens.
To Upgrade
The upgrade is available to all active license holders.
1. Login to your Plesk panel and click on Extensions -> Updates -> Select the Sentinel Anti-malware extension then press the update button. You can view the upgrade process using the command: tail -f /var/log/plesk/panel.log
