We are pleased to announce the release of Warden Anti-spam and Virus Protection 2.03 under General Availability. All users are encouraged to upgrade. This release has passed Plesk certification and is now available in the Plesk extension directory.
Amavisd-Milter Support
We've added full support for the amavisd-milter. The new milter allows us to support all of Plesk's built in checks (including greylisting), provides cleaner mail logs, has better fail over options, and allows us to reject spam and viruses before they are accepted by the mail server. The new amavisd-milter is available on all supported operating systems (except for Ubuntu 16).
Amavisd-milter Installer
The amavisd-milter can be installed by going though the application setup wizard under Warden -> Settings -> Application setup. When the amavisd-milter is installed Amavis will be configured as a before queue milter instead of an after queue content filter like in previous versions.
Amavisd-milter Dashboard
The amavisd-milter has been added to the services widget in the dashboard allowing you do view it's current status and CPU and memory usage.
Amavisd-milter Settings
After installing the amavisd-milter users will see a new milter settings page under Settings -> Milter Settings.
